Authorities have arrested a 28-year-old man in connection with an early morning shooting in North Minneapolis that injured two National Guard soldiers Sunday.Andrew Thomas of Minneapolis was charged Monday with one count of possessing a firearm as a felon, according to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court.
