ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A car accident at the intersection of CR 28 and SR 19 injures one driver, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.The driver of a 2003 Cadillac Deville was traveling east on CR 28, stopping at SR 19.
