One person injured in Binford area accident – Jamestown Sun

One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident near Binford, North Dakota, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The accident occurred at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, on N.D. Highway 65 about 7 miles east of Binford. An Oldsmobile Alero, driven by Dale Kinzler, 72, was eastbound on Highway 65, traveling to Cooperstown. A 2003 International Harvester semi driven by Rylan Briss, 23, was southbound on 110th Avenue Northeast approaching the intersection of Highway 65. The semi-driver failed to yield for the Oldsmobile, the patrol said. The Oldsmobile attempted to brake but struck the right side of the semi. …
