UNION CITY — A  Union Township man whose rural property was the scene of a fatal shooting late Tuesday afternoon told Pennsylvania State Police troopers that he suspected a Crawford County man was responsible for the killing because of some threats he heard about a few weeks earlier.Troopers charged the suspect, 51-year-old Jeffery D.
