SOUTH BELOIT — A 43-year-old South Beloit man was arrested Saturday on three counts of a hate crime after he allegedly yelled racial slurs at a woman and her two children.Officers responded about 6:40 p.m. to the 300 block of Perry Avenue and spoke with the victims of the incident.The man, who is white, was identified as Bradley Gummow. Police went to his residence on Burr Oak and ordered him to come outside, but he would not comply.
